Jonathan D. Porter has years of experience representing clients in family law, bankruptcy and personal injury matters in the state of Utah. This includes matters such as Divorce, Child Custody, Mediation, Paternity, Adoption, Child Support and Guardianship.

 

Jonathan is also an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney who has helped many clients navigate through financial difficulties. He is experienced in debt settlement, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings,  as well as representing individuals in adversary proceedings. Jonathan also excels at helping individuals that are injured in accidents obtain fair and reasonable compensation based on the negligence of other people.

 

Jonathan was born and raised in Ogden, Utah and is proud to call it home. He is happily married to his wife Abby and has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys vacationing with his family, trail running, mountain biking and other physical activities.
